Dr Hyer is a responsive caring doctor. If you contact him by phone or email he will come back to you asap and put your mind at rest. He takes a calm and pragmatic approach and is genuinely caring. I trust him completely with the care of my two sons.

I would always, without hesitation, recommend Dr Hyer as the only Paediatrician for any age children. He seems to have a special rapport with them and will look after them loyally and professionally and always treat them well. From my experience, he will always try and see the family as quickly as possible, no matter how small or big the problem!

Dr Hyer is a wonderful paediatrician. He is amazing with the children, he listens and totally understands the concerns of the parent about the child.His passion about children is unquestionable and always takes the time to respond to calls, emails no matter what time it is just to ensure he calms the parents concerns.He is an excellent doctor and treats each patient as an individual. You feel like you've know him forever and that he treats each child as though they were his own. As a family we feel honoured and priveleged and very lucky to have him as our paediatrician. He responds and takes quick action and is clear about treatments and courses of action with medication. I trust the lives of my children completely in his hands. A wonderful doctor who I hope NEVER moves out of our area!

My son is under the care of Dr Hyer at Northwick Park. Dr Hyer is the most caring and comforting Doctor we have seen!!! To me he seemed to go out of his way to reassure us. He walked me out of the Theatre Suite at Northwick Park the morning my Son had his operation. I could not believe that someone like him took the time to do something like that minutes before he operated on my Son. In the recovery room afterwards he also spoke to me, something again no Doctor has ever done. This was all quite unexpected and something we really appreciated. In my opinion Dr Hyer is in a class of his own.

I took my Son to see Dr. Hyer when he was 6 months and i was at the verge of having a nervous breakdown. As our GP couldn't figure out what was wrong with him. He had atopic eczema and was losing weight, vommiting, rahes, crying and scratching all the time. Dr Hyer helped diagnose all his allergy and guided us in right path. He is now 3 and his eczema is almost clear and undercontol, so are all his allergies. He is a happy child now and we are once again a happy family, thanks to Dr Hyer We are really glad to have our child in his care. Meenakshi Mengle
